Healing Connections for People with Breast Cancer, a unique program in Alberta for people who are one- to two-weeks post breast cancer surgery. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, Healing Connections addresses the physical and emotional needs of people with breast cancer by providing the knowledge and support they need after surgery. The team consists of dietitians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses and volunteers, all committed to supporting people with breast cancer.
